Arnold Berks is a recurring character in Chocolate Boy, he is seen as one of the most fearless the M.P.P.D has to offer andthe personal guardian for Jersey.

Arnold has big blonde curly hair, glasses, and would often stalk the city in a trench coat and the now abandoned M.P.P.D riot gear uniform as a form of protest that child officers are no match for full grown adults.

Arnold is patient, considered to be firm and fair. He doesn't hold grudges that aren't properly earned and would do what he can to make sure he doesn't end up damaging a series of affairs that are not working out just right.

Making his debut in Chocolate Boy #5 - Dr.Mecha Arms. He would end up questioning Ronnie personally over his mutant status this transfer of status attention would make him a lot more open minded to the possibility of him no longer acting like a vigilante but he himself would also be at odds with his partner, Jersey. This would escalate with Xi-Lee who was pro-superhero.
The amount of supervillains would continue to escalate and Arnold didn't have the exact time to completely cope with the rise of them. Instead of arresting them by peace, he would apply force his first test of this was the near death of Dr.Mecha Arms. After his defeat, Arnold would remain on side duty to focus on the whole saga of affairs involving the sudden demolition of the Titanic Corp out of the blue.
